We wish to make the public aware that certain individuals are illegally promoting events called "MuscleCar Mania" in California, such as that held at the Irvine Amphitheater November 15-16, 1997.We wish to make it known that this event was not produced or   promoted in any way by Nostalgia Productions, Inc., St.Ignace, Michigan the legal owner of the registered service mark "MuscleCar Mania" United States Registration No.2,081,488. Greg Moeller, the promoter of the Irvine event was contacted prior to this event and acknowledged Nostalgia Production's ownership and legal rights in "MuscleCar Mania" at which time he agreed to specific terms limiting his use of the registered name. As of this date, however, none of those terms have been honored and he appears to be continuing his wrongful activities.Nostalgia Productions, Inc. has been in the show promotion business since 1976, and does not wish to be connected or confused in any way with the illicit and deceptive activity carried on by Greg Moeller. We will take legal action to enforce our rights against any and all persons connected with such activities in the future.
